Sharing Leadership

People with responsibility must always share their work, even if others do it less well than they do or in a different way. It is always easier to do things ourselves than to teach others to do them. People with responsibility who fall into the trap of wanting to do everything themselves are in danger of becoming isolated and overstressed, and of losing the vision.
